Technical advice is freely available from our experts. To enable them to select the right nozzle to optimise your spray application, it would be helpful if you can provide the following information.

Essential information required:
- The application (a brief description) including the liquid being sprayed
- Flow rate required (L/min // L/h // or Other)
- Pressure available (psi; Bar or Other)
- Spray pattern required (Flat, cone, etc)
- Preferred pipe connection (Male, Female)
- Nozzle distance from target (specify units)

Useful additional information about your application:
- Desired nozzle spacing
- Liquid temperature
- Liquid viscosity at temperature
- Specific gravity or density
- Surface tension
- Any solids present in liquid?
- Spray impact (High, Medium, Low)
- Droplet size (Coarse, Medium, Fine)
- Preferred nozzle material

Pricing and payment
Our prices for industrial nozzles are quantity related. Please contact us for a quotation on the quantity required. Payment can be made by opening a credit account, by credit card or pro-forma invoice.

Lead times
ead times are often 3-4 weeks for custom manufactured nozzles, this will be confirmed on receipt of order. Where faster turnaround is needed please always contact us and we will try to help.

Delivery will be free of charge to UK mainland destinations provided the order is above 65 excl VAT. Standard delivery is a 1-2 day service. Click for for other delivery locations, options and charges.

Problems with items delivered
Please inspect goods immediately on receipt and report any issues in writing. For damaged goods within 48 hours and otherwise within 10 days of receipt (see Terms and Conditions, Section 5).

 Quality Assurance

If you need to return goods to us for any reason, it is essential that you contact us beforehand to obtain a copy of our Goods Return Procedure and receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorisation) reference. Hypro's quality management system draws on 60 years of experience in manufacturing spray nozzles and the standards expected by our many and varied customers. Where customers have specific quality assurance requirements these should be stated at the time of order.

Flow rate information given for spray nozzles is based on the performance obtained using clean water at a temperature of 13-18C. Flow rates are intended as an approximate guide to the performance that may be expected. Variations will occur, particularly with liquids of varying viscosity and specific gravity. These variations can be advised by contacting our customer service department.
